Hybrid refinancing of a natural gas-fired combined-cycle 900 MW electric power plant located in the Pesqueria area of the State of Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The plant has been operational since 2016 and was originally financed via $800 million of five-year corporate debt in 2014. The original deal was priced at 150bp over Libor. The new seven-year deal comes in at 170bp over Libor.
