Ffinancing of a portfolio of approximately 15 solar photovoltaic plants with a total installed capacity of approx 130MW that will be owned by Grenergy Renovables, a Spanish renewable energy company and independent  power producer.

The Grenergy PMG / PMGD Portfolio consists of solar photovoltaic projects that operate under Chile’s special regime for small generation projects (the “PMG / PMGD” regime by its Spanish acronym). PMG / PMGD projects are entitled to be remunerated for their generation at a regulated stabilized price. The two closing date projects will have a total capacity of 18 MWac. The financing structure provides Grenergy the flexibility to add additional solar projects to the portfolio, subject to meeting pre-defined eligibility criteria.
