Energy Absolute has raised a THB600 million 10-year amortising limited-recourse loan to finance a THB920 million electric ferry fleet for mass rapid transport in Bangkok. The lenders are Asian Development Bank (THB160 million), JICA (THB150 million) and Export–Import Bank of Thailand (THB150 million). ADB-managed Clean Technology Fund is also providing a $3.6 million concessional loan.
