ING Bank N.V., as Coordinator, sole MLA, sole Lender and Facility Agent signed an EUR 72.7m Buyer’s Credit Facility Agreement with RCS&RDS S.A. regarding the debt financing for Digi that will be used towards the supply of telecom equipment and services to the company’s entities in Romania and Portugal under the contracts with Nokia for the rollout of a new network in Portugal and improvement of the existing network in Romania.
